We have to make the check out to the name of an org, e.g. “Triton Fundraiser @ UCSD”.
You would have to create a digital flyer and distribute it to your members and friends through social media or email. I also have another TapEx location that’s 5-min off-campus, so on your flyer, please state that it’s the Price Center TapEx location.
They will need to show the flyer on their phones in order to qualify for the donation, i.e. simply mentioning they’re with the fundraiser will not count.
We have had some problems with groups texting their flyers literally in front of my store to random strangers, so please make sure that only your group members use the flyers. Violation of this rule will void all your sales with the fundraiser.
